SITE & STORE WIDE REFUND POLICIES

These policies are applicable to all digital products & services, in-person/on-site services and physical products offered by ALIVE Holistic Space.

Physical products, digital products & services: There are no refunds or credits for physical products, digital products & services once payment has been made.

In-person/on-site Services (including consultations, healing sessions, and all private appointments): Cancelations require 24 hours notice prior to the appointment start time will qualify for a credit to be applied to a future appointment, only. Any missed appointments without notice, or lateness in excess of 15 minutes after the appointment start time will be considered full appointment being consumed.
